500bhp with stock block internal and stock automatic transmission will be enough for me as it will be daily driven car..
The 6 cylinder will certainly be lighter than an M5 and thus faster with 500HP

No doubt about it sir.. but weight difference between 2jzte and S85 is only 10kg.. it's because the S85 blocks are made of alloys..
that is workplace safety at its best: D
hahaha, yes sir..
Is the 2JZ engine block made of steel?
Is the 2JZ engine block made of steel?
Cast iron cylinder block, that's why it is so perfect for higher boosts. Really a great engine, there are some nice engine-build videos on youtube.
@supersixty
Very interesting project and nice work so far!
Accurate dimensions of engine mounts and connection between engine and transmission resist interesting.

Is the 2JZ engine block made of steel?
No Mr.@Billythekid, it is made from cast iron.. Cast iron and steel may appear same on the surface but they each have difference content in production.. which mean they each difference in strength and durability sir..

Danke für Ihr interesse herr..
This how my downpipe looks like..
Today i've bought some items for my 2jzgte engine..
And i also went to pick up my custom made engine wiring harness as well.. All sockets using original sockets from 2jzgte engine wiring..
You should make a Build Video and a YouTube Channel. Money for you.

thank you for your advice Mr. @Dr Death..
I would rather to share it here before i get myself a headache.. hahaha..
I'm very thankful that myself and my project accepted in this BMW E60-Forum with open and full of supportive members..
Here's my turbo housing inlet neck, welded few minutes ago using TIG welding (tungsten inert gas and is technically called gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW).. As for the material i'm using aluminum pipe.. The reason why i'm using aluminum pipe because it's an excellent conductor of heat.. Mechanically strong and visually appealing for the avid auto enthusiast or hobbyist..

Lass den jungen in ruhe arbeiten, ein Video kann er später machen wenn das ding fertig ist und fährt.
Wow, amazing project.
But for me the most amazing thing about all this project are those welding skills
Huge loads of respect for you to get this thing going!
Hopefully everything will work out as expected
