Those welding looks interesting because of the aluminum pipe itself and we will not be able to visualize the attention if using stainless steel pipe sir..

The difficulty of getting E60 spare parts here in my country are the main reason why i'm doing this engine swap.. I've also spent a lot of money before, just to keep the purity..

Sorry for quite a while disappearing guys as i'm a bit busy lately.. But my project is still being continued..

Here's some update.. Turbo intake pipe connected..!!!

Intake plenum throttle body flange also connected as i'm using bigger universal throttle body..

In Germany it would be a whole lot of work to get this car on the streets because you need so much documents to prove everything is safe etc.

The answer is definitely "NO" Mr. @xLiz.. My vehicle needs to go through several process for approval before it's confirmed safe to use as road legal.. And i also need to appoint an engineering consultation to verify the modifications i've made to follow the set standards.. As for the documentation process itself takes about one month and it will be reviewed by the Malaysian Road Transport Department.. After getting a letter of approval, i need to send my vehicle to the advanced inspection center called PUSPAKOM..

I think it's almost similar process applied at your country too sir..
